Running Ryder Cups
Running a Ryder Cup
Build teams, structure sessions, and run fourballs, foursomes and singles on the day.
Setting up the teams
Assign players to Team Green and Team Navy (or rename them to suit your society), either by hand or using the automatic team balancer, which spreads handicaps evenly across both sides.
Structuring the day
A typical Ryder Cup runs morning fourballs, afternoon foursomes, then singles the following day - each session scores independently, and the overall points total updates live as matches finish.
On the day itself
Each match scores through its own magic link, so pairs can score from the course without needing an account. The public leaderboard updates as scores come in, for players and spectators alike.
