Running events regularly instead of once? Premium usually works out cheaper for an ongoing calendar - switch whenever it makes sense.
Add a public website on top of an active Premium subscription whenever your society is ready for one - cancel or add it independently of Premium itself.

Before you get started
Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from your account settings whenever your golf changes - there's no lock-in contract and no penalty for moving between plans.
Can members stay on the free plan?
Yes. Anyone joining a group, event or society someone else organises can do so entirely on Personal, for free, forever - only the organiser needs a paid plan.
What happens if my society grows?
Premium has no caps on members, events or organisers - it's built to scale with the society, not charge more as it grows.
Is billing monthly, yearly or one-off?
Personal+, Premium and Website+ are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly (yearly works out cheaper) - cancel anytime, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Event+ is a single one-off payment per event, never a subscription - there's nothing to cancel afterwards.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Every subscription cancels anytime with no lock-in - you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and nothing auto-renews into a bigger plan.
Do I lose my data if I downgrade?
No. Nothing is ever deleted - if a feature isn't included on your new plan, the data behind it just becomes read-only, and everything comes back the moment you upgrade again.
What happens if I stop paying for Premium?
Your society's data is never deleted. If Premium lapses, Website+ automatically suspends alongside it (it can't run without an active Premium subscription) - everything is restored the moment Premium is reactivated.
What happens if I stop Website+?
Your public website is suspended, not deleted - Premium itself keeps running unaffected, and the site comes back exactly as it was the moment Website+ is reactivated.
How do payments work for organisers?
Event+ and Premium both include Stripe-powered payment collection, so organisers can collect entry fees and other payments directly through Gimmi instead of chasing bank transfers manually.
What if I outgrow Personal+'s single group and organiser?
Personal+ is built for one ongoing group with one organiser. When a group needs more than that - multiple organisers, full society administration - it upgrades to Premium, or ownership can be handed to someone else. Either way, nothing is lost in the move.
