Troubleshooting common issues

Double-check the link was copied in full - it’s long, and a chat app occasionally truncates it. Re-sharing the link from the event page always produces a fresh, complete copy.

Confirm the event is set to include their team or the whole society, and that they’ve accepted their invite - an unaccepted invite won’t appear in their fixtures yet.

Check the format and handicap settings on the event first - most scoring surprises trace back to a format mismatch rather than a bug. If it still looks wrong, contact support with the event name and hole in question.
